Fertilizer schedule
Use the stage cards as a planning checklist, then read country notes for local fertilizer language (rates are not prescriptions).
Inoculate seed with rhizobia when needed; supply phosphorus and potassium — legumes often need less N.
Use a low-N starter if soils are very poor; excess N reduces nodulation.
Maintain K and micronutrients (e.g. Mo, B where deficient); irrigate to reduce flower drop.

Rainfed. Autumn tillage, PK application at the time of land preparation and nitrogen application in the period of seedlings.
