Called Rio Muni, is bounded to the north by Cameroon, south and east by Gabon and West with the Atlantic Ocean with an area of 26017.46 km2; Account with two dry seasons (June to August, the great drought, and from December to February the little drought) and two wet seasons (March-May, with approved by the moderators rains and strong thunderstorms), between September-November heavy rains. The average rainfall is 2,200 mm / anné. The predominant soil on the continent is red ferralitique (laterites).
